We have since completed many automotive assignments. For several of these assignments we have worked with partner #Mies Architectuur. For us a fine sparring partner with a lot of knowledge and where half a word is enough. This results for our client in a complete advice in which the visual and structural design fit together seamlessly.

On November 16, 2020, the new construction of BMW MINI Renova Tilburg officially started. The first pile has been driven for a new building with a beautiful showroom, workshop, offices and parking deck. A beautiful design, even if we say so ourselves. With unique elements!

Structural engineer Bastiaan was involved in this project as a structural engineer and likes to tell about his work and the solutions he advised for this project: "the second floor of the building above the workshop got a small overhang of about one meter. In contrast, the showroom was given an overhang of 7.2 meters long and 20 meters wide. This gives a nice appearance, but constructively it still requires attention due to limited girder heights and the parking deck above. In addition, no extra provisions were allowed for the construction. By making two large trusses, the construction, as designed by Mies Architecture, can still be technically executed."
