A beautiful new villa has recently been built in Laren. Pelecon provided the structural calculations and drawings for this project, paying particular attention to the complex design. The villa has a basement that runs across the entire surface area, a unique roof structure with a load-bearing steel construction and rounded shapes that presented an additional challenge in the structural design.

The invisible power of Pelecon
We can be very brief about this. Pelecon's structural design and its implementation were indispensable for the realisation of a safe, habitable villa – this gem in Laren. Pelecon made the structural calculations for the contractor and provided advice on the complex structures.

The result is a villa that combines aesthetics, comfort and exclusivity. High-quality and sustainable materials were used, preventing cracks in the walls after the construction process, for example.

Thanks to continuous coordination and flexibility, the design could be worked out in detail and fully tailored to the client's wishes.
