In collaboration with Heembouw DC Den Bosch, WDP is developing a modern distribution center for warehousing and / or e-commerce on Zandrogerstraat in the RiVu business park in Den Bosch. The DC comprises approximately 57,400 m2 of industrial space and mezzanine and the necessary offices. The new building is fully sustainable due to the large amount of solar panels, all-electric gasless heating, LED lighting and HR triple glass.
Pelecon was chief constructor for this project and, together with Heembouw Architecten, designed and developed the building constructively.
The building will be completed soon and has already been let to Intratuin, ID Logistics and Sanitairwinkel.
As a team Pelecon is perfectly attuned to each other. That does not come naturally, we also invest in it! And that is precisely why it is so nice that we have expanded our team. In recent weeks, three new employees have started at Pelecon: three people with new energy and inspiring insights that we as a team can learn a lot from!
Lucas Verloop graduated HBO Civil Rotterdam, he strengthens the Pelecon team as a constructor / modeller. Steven Engels graduated from TU Delft. He supports us in the further development of our new brand Greenhouse Design. In addition, Cenk Ergun has been employed by Pelecon for half a year, he is doing an internship from HBO Bouwkunde, Rotterdam.
